I was in a car accident in Maine while I was antiquing. A distracted driver plowed into my car from behind on the highway. I was out of work for a year and continue to suffer post-concussive symptoms and other issues. I don’t know where I would be without energy healing. A doctor once said that I “couldn’t be in much pain because I wasn’t taking pain medicine.”  Reiki and energy healing is what got me through without pain meds and reiki and energy healing is what is healing my spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Reiki is an intricate and elemental force of my life journey.

Appreciating the positive impact that energy healing has had on my life, I took additional classes and became an Animal Reiki Master. I was a member of the first ICRT Animal Reiki Master class. This has added another dimension to my reiki practice. Animal Reiki enhances and amplifies the healing and spirit of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being for humans and also for animals, trees, birds, plants, bugs, and all aspects of the universe. I have also completed the Kid Reiki Master Course and Animal Communicator course.  I am always learning and enhancing my healing capabilities.

I love the practice of Reiki and energy healing- from treating people around the world to treating animals, from dragonflies to pets to giraffes! My energy healing practice is all-encompassing, inclusive, and non-judgmental. I love that energy healing can do no harm. I was a longtime caretaker for many family members and felt helpless when all I could do was to hold their hand or visit to keep them company. Now, the practice of energy healing makes me feel that I can help in a very positive way that adds to their rehab, recovery, healing, or allowing them to destress and relax. Many small and large miracles can occur. It is beyond rewarding when reiki helps the recipient to relax or when much larger healing occurs. From the smallest healing to the largest, from spirit lightening to releases, Energy healing channels from the universe through my hands to the recipient whose spirits and guides then take over to direct the energy to where it needs to go.

I am so excited to embark on my next journey of self-discovery and personal growth with Reiki and energy healing,  having retired from my full-time job. It has only been two weeks and is already a transformative experience. Retirement is exciting and wonderful as well as discombobulating!  I am busy learning about websites and social media and working my way through as best I can!  Each day, I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with individuals seeking healing and balance in their lives.  Through the gentle touch and energy healing, I have witnessed profound transformations, both in my clients and in myself.  This path has allowed me to embrace my purpose, follow my intuition, and create a positive impact on the lives of others.  As I continue to deepen my practice and expand my business, I am humbled by the trust and support of those who join me on this journey of holistic wellness.
